What we do

What can we do for you?

Technician cleaning an outdoor A/C condenser coil

Maintenance & repair

A/C systems work by moving heat. Over time both the indoor and outdoor units get dirty, efficiency drops sharply, your electric bill climbs and costly failures become more likely. Regular maintenance and fast, honest repairs keep that from happening.

Upgrades & installs

Like any equipment near the end of its life, an aging A/C becomes inefficient and every repair costs more. When it's time to replace it, we'll help you choose the right system at one of the most competitive prices in the market.

UV germicidal systems

Ultraviolet light is well known for destroying viruses, mold and bacteria. A UV system installed in your home or business keeps the air cleaner and helps your A/C coil stay clean and efficient.

OnCooling Cloud

24/7 smart monitoring for your A/C

Small sensors on your indoor and outdoor units report how your system is really performing. Our platform analyzes that data around the clock and lets you and our team know when something needs attention.

Real-time readings

Supply and return air temperature, static pressure and electrical power, measured directly at the equipment.

Automatic diagnostics

The system compares each cycle with your own equipment's baseline and the outdoor weather to spot real problems, not false alarms.

Alerts on your phone

Install the app on your phone and get a notification when your system needs attention, often before you'd notice any change in comfort.

Weekly & monthly reports

Plain-language reports on efficiency, energy use against the weather, and how your system behaved, plus thermostat suggestions that can lower your bill.

Efficiency tips

In Texas, A/C typically accounts for 17% to 27% of the electric bill when the equipment is working properly. A few habits keep you within that range and extend the life of your system:

  • Keep air filters clean.
  • Seal air leaks around doors and windows.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance at least once a year.
  • Set the thermostat to the temperature you actually want. Setting it much lower won't cool the house any faster.

When should you call?

Some signs that something isn't right with your A/C:

  • It never cycles on and off.
  • You feel humidity in the house or around the vents.
  • It can't get the house down to 75 °F.
  • Too much water is coming out of the drain.
  • You see ice on the outdoor unit or the refrigerant lines.
